Approve the Amendment to Certificate of Designation based upon the findings that the request complies with the Factors to be Considered as set forth in City Code Section 6.3.106.

 

2.                     Motion to Deny:

Deny the Amendment to Certificate of Designation based upon the findings that the request does not comply with the Factors to be Considered as set forth in City Code Section 6.3.106.
