Deny the appeal and uphold the denial of the Short Term Rental renewal application, based on the City Code Sections 7.5.1704.C and 7.5.1702.B, and that the appellant has not substantiated that the appeal satisfies the review criteria outlined in City Code Section 7.5.906.A.4.
