The issues to be discussed involve consultation with the City Attorney and staff for the purpose of receiving legal advice and determining positions relative to strategy and negotiation regarding (i) a litigation settlement in excess of $100,000, (ii) a purchase of land by the airport from CDOT, and (iii) a purchase of land by the airport from a private party.
The President of Council shall poll the City Councilmembers, and, upon consent of two-thirds of the members present, may conduct a Closed Executive Session.
