City Council adamantly opposes Senate Bill 213 which represents the most sweeping attempt in recent Colorado history to remove local control from municipalities by expanding state authority imposing top-down zoning and land use standards.  Senate Bill 213 fails to recognize that local governments are best suited to address the needs of their communities.
