The following appointment is requested for the Pikes Peak Library District Board of Trustees due to the expiration of the term of Mina Liebert. Mina Liebert is not seeking a second term. Applicants were reviewed and interviewed by Councilmembers Randy Helms and Wayne Williams along with El Paso County Commissioners Carrie Geitner and Holly Williams.

Pursuant to C.R.S. § 24-90-108, two-thirds of the Council must ratify this appointment.
