The City Attorney's Office - Utilities Division will present a draft Decision and Order and Resolution for the 2023 Open Access Transmission Tariff (OATT) Rate Case based upon the October 25, 2022 public hearing held for Colorado Springs Utilities' 2023 Rate Case filed on September 13, 2022.
Background:
On September 13, 2022 Colorado Springs Utilities submitted a 2023 Rate Case filing that included certain proposed changes to the OATT Sheets effective January 1, 2023. In accordance with Colorado Springs City Code ? 12.1.108, City Council held a public hearing on October 25, 2022 regarding Colorado Springs Utilities' 2023 OATT Rate Case.
The draft Decision and Order summarizes Colorado Springs Utilities' 2023 OATT Rate Case and the record of the public hearing held on October 25, 2022. The draft Decision and Order also contains City Council's initial directions at that public hearing regarding the 2023 OATT Rate Case. The final Decision and Order and final Resolution presented for approval by City Council at the November 8, 2022 meeting will include any City Council directed revisions from the November 7, 2022 Work Session meeting.
