Title
Ordinance No. 22-71 amending Ordinance No. 79-241 (Ordinance creating Old Colorado City Security and Maintenance District) to delete the requirement to secure and maintain parking lots

Presenter:
Scott Lee, Parking Director, Parking Enterprise

Body

Amend Ordinance to delete the requirement for the Old Colorado City Security and Maintenance District ("District") to secure and maintain parking lots. Previous Council Action:

Financial Implications:
The fiscal responsibility for control and maintenance of the three surface parking lots will now become the responsibility of the Parking Enterprise. Overall, the costs will remain the responsibility of a city-controlled department and any resulting cost savings for the District will be used to fund other areas of res...
