Summary:
Representatives from Zonehaven will provide an overview, clarifications and update to City Councilmembers.

Background:
Zonehaven is a software tool to be used by the City staff to provide evacuation intelligence during and after a public safety emergency to the citizens of Colorado Springs. The Zonehaven representatives will provide clarifications on evacuation management.

Charlie Crocker: Charlie is the Co-Founder of Zonehaven, and is now the SVP of SaaS Solutions at Genasys, Inc He is a data geek and entrepreneur with more than 25 years of experience building teams to bring data out of the shadows and drive business value. Prior to Zonehaven, he built Autodesk's first big data platform team to support migration to subscription and the cloud. He also led product management for Autodesk's flagship AutoCAD product line. Prior to Autodesk he was co-founder in a start-up focused on spatial databases and web-based tools for state and local government agencies and utility companies.

Stephen Sickler: Steve is VP of Field operations for the SaaS Solutions at Genasys, Inc. and came on board at Zonehaven in 2020. A graduate of UC San Diego, Steve is a founding member of the Managed Service Providers (MSP) Software Association. He brings more than 30 years of experience with software solutions solving complex problems for major organizations. Steve is a past president of his local Rotary Club and spends his spare time attempting unsuccessfully to out-run his rescue puppy while on a mountain bike, cross country skis or swimming in a local lake in Bend, Oregon.
