Recommended Action

  Proposed Motion:

Approve the Administrative Relief to City Code Section 7.3.204 for the N 30th Street Apartments project to allow a building height of 49’-4” in the PBC (Planned Business Center) zone district where the maximum allowed is 45’, based upon the findings that the request meets the review criteria for granting Administrative Relief as set forth in City Code Section 7.5.1102.
