Approve a Concept Plan for the Solace at Black Forest project, based upon the findings that the plan meets the review criteria for establishing a concept plan, as set forth in City Code Section 7.5.501(E), subject to the following technical modification:

 

                     Prior to approval, the project plans shall be revised so the proposed full-movement intersection on Marksheffel Road is moved to the location previously approved under the concept plan for the SC Woodmen development (City File #CPC CP 06-00146-A1MN11).
