A minor amendment to the previously approved conditional use to allow the creation of a new 600 square foot rear patio for Red Swing Brewhouse located at 521 South Tejon Street.

Recommended Action

  Proposed Motion:

Approve the proposed minor amendment based on the findings that the criteria found in Section 2.5.4 of the Downtown Colorado Springs Form-Based Code will be met once the technical modifications listed in the Staff report are made.
