Approve a Certificate of Designation for a long-term landfill consolidation for the Pikes Peak Heights property located at the terminus of Pikes Peak Avenue, east of Academy Boulevard, based on the finding that the Certificate of Designation request complies with the review criteria for a Certificate of Designation set forth in City Code Section 6.3.106.
