The proposed resolution expresses City Council’s continued appreciation for the work of the Council of Neighbors and Organizations (CONO) to support neighborhoods in the Pikes Peak region and declares the week of May 5-12, 2017 as Neighbor Up! week in Colorado Springs.

 

  Previous Council Action: 

On April 26, 2016, City Council adopted Resolution 42-16in support of CONO and Neighbor Up! week.

This item supports the City’s strategic goal relating to building community and collaborative relationships, as CONO is a key, strategic partner in supporting our City’s neighborhoods and furthering our citizen outreach and engagement.
