  Summary:

This is an intergovernmental agreement with the El Paso County Clerk and Recorder for the 2015 Coordinated Election.

 

  Previous Council Action: 

On August 11, 2015, City Council called a Special Municipal Election to add two questions to the upcoming 2015 Coordinated Election being conducted by the El Paso County Clerk and Recorder.

 

  Background:

State law requires all entities participating in the 11/3/2015 Coordinated Election to sign intergovernmental agreements for this election.

 

  Financial Implications:

The El Paso County Clerk and Recorder estimates it will cost the City  $213,188.77 to participate in the 2015 Coordinated Election.
