Background:
Bustang is a new interregional service operated and funded by the Colorado Department of Transportation that provides bus service to Denver along the I-25 and I-70 corridors from Colorado Springs, Fort Collins, and Glenwood Springs. The initial service between Colorado Springs and Denver includes seven round trips each weekday. Five of those trips depart Colorado Springs in the early mornings and return in the evenings and stop at the Park-n-Rides along I-25 at South Tejon Street, Woodmen Road, and in Monument. The other two trips are midday and also stop at the Downtown Bus Terminal. The attached IGA will allow CDOT's contractor, Ace Express Coaches, LLC, to board and de-board passengers curbside on Kiowa Street adjacent to the Downtown Bus Terminal.
