  Summary:

To provide for the future of the City, City Council maintains a strategic plan which prioritizes goals for the City Council and establishes measurable outcomes.  The plan process considers public input.  The draft resolution adopts Council’s strategic plan for 2016 and provides the plan to the Mayor for consideration in the development of the 2016 municipal administrative budget.

 

  Previous Council Action: 

Council adopted its previous strategic plan on May 27, 2014 (Resolution 47-14).  City Council discussed the draft 2016 strategic plan at its work session meeting on July 13, 2015.
