CPC NV 18-00013 - NONUSE VARIANCE
Approve the Nonuse Variance to allow a liquor establishment within 200 feet of a residentially use or zoned property based upon the findings that the Nonuse Variance meets the review criteria as set forth in City Code Section 7.5.802(B).
