  Proposed Motion:

CPC UV 18-00012 - USE VARIANCE
Approve the Use Variance to allow a bar use with the PIP2/AO (Planned Industrial Park with Airport Overlay) zone district, based upon the findings that the Use Variance request complies with the three (3) review criteria for granting a Use Variance as set forth in City Code Section 7.5.803(B).
