City Council will hear public comment relating to the proposed 2018 City budget. Citizens who wish to address Council during the town hall may sign up to speak at City Hall beginning at 3 p.m. on November 20. Citizens may also send their budget comments via email to allcouncil@springsgov.com or the SpeakUp! COS website: https:///coloradosprings.granicusideas.com/responses/2018-city-budget-feedback.
