Summary:
This companion ordinance to the ordinance amending the existing “Peddler of Food Wares” License Code is to reflect the proposed name change of the license type to “Mobile Food Vendors” only.
Previous Council Action:
Ordinances to amend various portions of the General Business License Code were passed by City Council in November of 2014.
Background:
Proposed changes to the existing “Peddler of Food Wares” License Code requires a companion amendment to the Business License Fee Code section to reflect the proposed name change of the license type to “Mobile Food Vendors.” There are no fee changes proposed with this name change amendment.
