Summary:
The City of Colorado Springs measures the City’s progress towards the Strategic Plan on a quarterly basis. The City reports quarterly to City Council and the community to update City Council and our citizens on progress made towards our Strategic Plan.

Background:
The City of Colorado Springs developed a new 2016-2020 Strategic Plan in 2015 to align with the Mayor’s vision and goals and to incorporate Council’s 2016 Strategic Plan initiatives. Since then, the City has developed an implementation plan and created mechanisms for tracking progress. As requested by City Council and the community, the City has developed a quarterly Strategic Plan Report to ensure transparency and accountability of our Strategic Plan implementation.
