  Proposed Motion:

Approve the request for a Conditional Use to allow the commercial building at 111 N. Walnut Street to be converted and used as a single family residence in the C-6 (General Business) zone, based upon the finding that the request complies with the conditional use review criteria in City Code section 7.5.704.
