Citizens who wish to address Council during the town hall may sign up to speak at City Hall beginning at 3 p.m. on Oct. 20. Citizens may also send their budget comments via email to 2017springsbudget@springsgov.com or the SpeakUp! COS website: https:// coloradosprings.granicusideas.com/responses/2017-city-budget-feedback.
