  Background:

The City of Colorado Springs developed a new 2016-2020 Strategic Plan in 2015 to align with the Mayor’s vision and goals and to incorporate Council’s 2016 Strategic Plan initiatives.  Since then, the City has developed an implementation plan and created mechanisms for tracking progress made by both internal City staff and community members.  As requested by City Council and the community through a survey, the City has developed a quarterly Strategic Plan Implementation Update to ensure transparency and accountability of our Strategic Plan implementation.
