Councilmember Murray has requested a briefing on the Banning Lewis Ranch Annexation Agreement

 

  Previous Council Action: 

Council approved the annexation of the Banning Lewis Ranch in 1988.  Since that time, Council has:  (1) reviewed land use applications for development of several portions of the Ranch; (2) reviewed and approved the Banning Lewis Ranch Shared Obligation Study; (3) passed ordinances implementing the Shared Obligation Study; (4) reviewed and approved agreements related to obligations under the Annexation Agreement; and (5) been briefed on litigation matters related to the Annexation Agreement.
