 Summary:
In November, voters will weigh in on Advisory Ballot Question 1B concerning the establishment of the Pikes Peak Regional Drainage Authority.  The resolution expresses City Council's continued support for the issue, and addresses a concern by certain members of the business community relating to potential stormwater fees for contiguous commercial properties owned by different corporate entities.
