Title
A resolution regarding a change to the Community Solar Garden Bill Credit (Pilot Program) electric rate schedule of Colorado Springs Utilities

Body
 From:
Colorado Springs Utilities

 Summary:
Due to very unusual precipitation in Colorado Springs which caused extensive flooding, the entity constructing the final solar facility to be interconnected under the Pilot Program cannot complete construction and interconnection of that facility with Utilities by the June 30, 2015 date presently contained within the tariff, and has requested an extension of that date to August 14, 2015.

 Previous Council Action:
City Council adopted the addition of a Community Solar Garden Bill Credit (Pilot Program) to its Electric tariffs effective October 1, 2011, and modified the Pilot Program tariff effective January 1, 2015 to require that all Pilot Program solar capacity be interconnected to the Utilities electric system on or before June 30, 2015.
