Recommend approval to City Council of the zone change of 4.88 acres located southeast of Tamlin Road and North Marksheffel Road from R5/cr/AP-O (Multi-Family - High with Conditions of Record and Airport Overlay) and R1-6/R5/cr/AP-O/SS-O (Single-Family - Medium, Multi-Family - High with Conditions of Record and Airport and Streamside Overlays) to PF/AP-O (Public Facilities with Airport Overlay) based upon the finding that the request complies with the criteria of a Zone Map Amendment set forth in City Code Section 7.5.704.
2. Motion to Deny
Recommend denial to City Council of the zone change of 4.88 acres located southeast of Tamlin Road and North Marksheffel Road from R5/cr/AP-O (Multi-Family - High with Conditions of Record and Airport Overlay) and R1-6/R5/cr/AP-O/SS-O (Single-Family - Medium, Multi-Family - High with Conditions of Record and Airport and Streamside Overlays) to PF/AP-O (Public Facilities with Airport Overlay) based upon the finding that the request does not comply with the criteria of a Zone Map Amendment set forth in City Code Section 7.5.704.
