Approve the Conditional Use Development Plan based upon the finding that the request complies with the criteria as set forth in form City Code Chapter 7 Section 7.5.704 (Conditional Use) and Section 7.5.502.E (Development Plan).

 

Motion to Deny

Deny the Conditional Use Development Plan based upon the finding that the request does not comply with the criteria as set forth in form City Code Chapter 7 Section 7.5.704 (Conditional Use) and Section 7.5.502.E (Development Plan).
