Recommend approval to City council of the zone change of 3.8 acres from BP/SS-O/AP-O (Business Park with Streamside and Airport Overlays) to MX-N/SS-O/AP-O (Mixed-Use Neighborhood Scale with Streamside and Airport Overlays) based upon the finding that the request complies with the criteria for a Zone Map Amendment set forth in City Code Section 7.5.704.
2. Motion to Deny
Recommend denial to City council of the zone change of 3.8 acres from BP/SS-O/AP-O (Business Park with Streamside and Airport Overlays) to MX-N/SS-O/AP-O (Mixed-Use Neighborhood Scale with Streamside and Airport Overlays) based upon the finding that the request does not comply with the criteria for a Zone Map Amendment set forth in City Code Section 7.5.704.
