SUMMARY:
This presentation was requested by Councilmember Avila. The presentation includes information from three City Departments: (1) Planning and Community Development; (2) Public Works; and (3) Parks, Recreation and Cultural Services. As it will be explained during the presentation, litter removal is coordinated between the three departments depending on the location and areas of responsibility.
