This Resolution refers a citizen initiated Charter amendment to the Ballot.  An initiated petition was signed by a sufficient number of registered electors and is now before City Council to set a ballot title and place the question before the electors, a requirement set forth in Colorado Revised Statutes, Section 31-2-210(3).
