 Summary:
At Councilmember Gaebler's request, Carrie McKee of Pikes Peak United Way will provide an update to City Council regarding the community-wide Cradle to Career Task Force, which has brought 50+ members from business, education, foundations, government, nonprofits and the military together to identify a small number of shared goals around which the community can add leadership, resources, and a collective impact approach to achieve strong outcomes.  More information about the Cradle to Career Task Force is at www.ppunitedway.org/C2C.html.
 
Ms. McKee will discuss the Cradle to Career project, including its next phase, and will invite Councilmembers' input and insights prior to the task force's final meeting of the year, which is schedule for December 18, 2014.
