Background:
Current City Council District 6 City Councilmember Andres Pico ran for and was elected to the Colorado House of Representatives at the November 3, 2020 general coordinated election. He will vacate the office of City Councilmember prior to taking the Oath of Office on January 13, 2021 for the House of Representative Seat.
Previous Council Action:
City Council solicited applications to the fill the vacancy in District 6. City Council interviewed the applicants at a special work session meeting on December 8, 2020.
