A RESOLUTION OF APPRECIATION TO CHUCK DONLEY FOR THREE YEARS OF SERVICE ON THE CITY OF COLORADO SPRINGS PLANNING COMMISSION
WHEREAS, The City of Colorado Springs Planning Commission and the Planning and Community Development Department Staff express their sincere appreciation to Chuck Donley for three (3) years of service with the Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, Chuck Donley has met monthly in public meetings and informal discussions, regularly drawing upon his personal experiences and professional expertise in making often difficult decisions; and
WHEREAS, Chuck Donley has served on the Planning Commission with distinction, listening thoughtfully to complex and controversial proposals, and handling passionate citizens with both courtesy and finesse; and
WHEREAS, Chuck Donley has remained dedicated to the City, dignified in his leadership, sensitive to the needs of citizens, and has earned the respect of his fellow Board Members and City staff.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF COLORADO SPRINGS PLANNING COMMISSION AND PLANNING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT STAFF:
We wish to express our gratitude to Chuck Donley for his valuable contributions in organizing, directing and delivering valuable information to assist in planning the current and future City of Colorado Springs.
