Summary:
The attached Resolution authorizes staff to proceed with the acquisition of property needed for the Woodmen Road Corridor Improvements Project (Phase 2). Burt Alexander and Colleen A. Alexander are the owners of a 3.5 acre parcel of land platted as Lot 18, Block 8, Columbine Estates Subdivision at 7126 Lilac Place. A parcel vicinity map is attached. This property includes a single family residence. The need for this property acquisition was identified during the preliminary and final design process for the Woodmen Road Corridor Improvements Project (Phase 2) and approved by the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT).
