CPC CU 19-00147

Approve the conditional use development plan for 163 townhome units, based upon the findings that the request complies with the conditional use review criteria set forth in City Code Section 7.5.704 and the development plan review criteria set forth in City Code Section 7.5.502(E), subject to the following technical modifications:

1.                     Please add the following note to the conditional use development plan "Prior to construction plans approval, the developer is required to remit the amount of $75,000 for the future anticipated traffic signal at the intersection of Hancock Expressway with Silver Hawk Avenue."

2.                     Receive final approval of the Drainage Report.
