The project includes an application for a Zone Map Amendment (rezone) for approximately 3.41 acres located northeast of Dublin Boulevard and Vincent Drive. The proposed Zone Map Amendment seeks to change the zoning from PF/SS-O/AF-O (Public Facilities with Streamside and United States Air Force Academy Overlays) to MX-M/SS-O/AF-O (Mixed-Use Medium Scale with Streamside and United States Air Force Academy Overlays). The existing utility company will continue to use the remainder of the 6.46-acre parcel under its existing PF/SS-O/AF-O (Public Facilities with Streamside and United States Air Force Academy Overlays) zoning.
