Summary:
The Jimmy Camp Creek Drainage Basin Planning Study ("DBPS") was approved by City Council on March 10, 2015. The documentation attached to the Resolution setting forth the fees for Full Spectrum Storage did not contain the finalized fees. The final DBPS sets the Full Spectrum Storage at $2,125 per acre instead of the $2,400 per acre as stated in Resolution No. 21-15.
Previous Council Action:
On March 10, 2015, City Council adopted Resolution 21-15 approving the Jimmy Camp Creek Drainage Basin Planning Study and setting the Major Drainageway Unit fee at $6,519 per acre and the Full Spectrum Storage Fee of $2,400 per acre.
Background:
The Drainage Basin Planning Study for Jimmy Camp Creek Basin was approved by City Council with the draft study attached. As the DBPS was finalized, the calculations reduced the Full Spectrum Storage Fee.

On February 5, 2015, the City/County Drainage Board unanimously approved the Drainage Basin Planning Study for Jimmy Camp Creek, along with the fee schedule. City Council approved the Jimmy Camp Creek Drainage Basin Planning Study on March 10, 2015.
