Approve the Administrative Relief to City Code Section 7.3.204 for the N 30th Street Apartments project to allow a 20’3’ front yard setback at the southeast corner of the multi-family building in the PBC (Planned Business Center) zone district where the minimum allowed is 25’, based upon the findings that the request meets the review criteria for granting Administrative Relief as set forth in City Code Section 7.5.1102.
