Body
From:
Victoria McColm, Risk Manager
Summary:
The purpose of this resolution is to continue the authorization for Commercial Driver License (CDL) testing by the City of Colorado Springs on behalf of the State. Allowing the City to renew this intergovernmental agreement as a third party testing unit provides peace of mind for the residents of the City that persons operating City vehicles are able to do so in a safe manner. This is in the best interest of all residents for their health, safety and welfare.
