AR FP 19-00023Deny the appeal and uphold the administrative approval of the final subdivision plat, based on the finding that the appellant has not substantiated that the appeal satisfies the review criteria outlined in City Code Section 7.5.906.A.4, and that the final subdivision plat meets the review criteria for such applications found in City Code Section 7.7.303.
