The Historic Preservation Board after its review of the National Register nomination for the Dutzi Estate agrees that the proposed nomination meets the criteria for listing the property in the National Register and directs City Staff to submit a letter of support to the Colorado Historic Preservation Board for the Dutzi Estate from the Historic Preservation Board.
