Approve the Non-Use Variance to the Pinon Valley Planned Development Zone development plan allowing a 15-foot rear yard setback where 25 feet is required to accommodate an attached deck at 6110 Pemberton Way based upon the findings that the request complies with the criteria as set forth in City Unified Development Code Section 7.5.526.
