Recommend approval with conditions to City Council for the Rezoning of 7.80 acres located at 755, 775, 795 and 789 Space Center Drive from PDZ/AP-O (Planned Development Zone with Airport Overlay) to PDZ/AP-O (Planned Development Zone with Airport Overlay), based upon the finding that the request complies with the criteria for a Zoning Map Amendment set forth in City Code Section 7.5.704 and with a condition of approval stating:
1. Upon approval the previously approved Development Plan (PUDD-23-0016) for the property shalle be withdrawn.
2. Motion to Deny
Recommend denial to City Council for the Rezoning of 7.80 acres located at 755, 775, 795 and 789 Space Center Drive from PDZ/AP-O (Planned Development Zone with Airport Overlay) to PDZ/AP-O (Planned Development Zone with Airport Overlay), based upon the findings that the request does not comply with the criteria for a Rezone set forth in City Code Section 7.5.704.
