Deny the Development Standards to City Adjustment to City Code Section 7.4.1003 to provide 11 off-street parking spaces where 18 parking spaces are required, based upon the findings that the request does not comply with the criteria for a Development Standards Adjustment set forth in City Code Section 7.5.601.C.2.
