City Code ? 10.23.101 is amended to conform with State statute as it pertains to video displays in vehicles. The proposed changes to City Code ? 10.23.101 clarifies that a video display cannot be visible to the driver while the vehicle is in motion if it displays visual entertainment. Finally, State law changed in 2014 to remove the requirement that citizens sign an affirmation of insurance on their vehicle registration.
