Summary:
The Bradley Heights Metropolitan District Nos. 1, 2 and 3 (the "Districts") was approved for formation by the City in September 2005. The District is located southwest of the intersection of Bradley Road and South Marksheffel Road in City Council District No. 4. The Districts are within a Planned Development Zone (Ordinance 15-11) that allows for the development of a mixture of residential, commercial, schools, and park land uses. Currently, the description of services includes a single service description which allows the Districts to provide maintenance of entry features, right-of-way landscaping, streetscapes, drainage and detention facilities, and two five-acre parks. The subject request was to add maintenance services for specific alleyways within the District that are to be listed in Exhibit D (Description of Permitted Services).

The revised Second Amendment to the Amended and Restated Service Plan version two includes the below changes in addition to the previous request. Added language is in Bold.
