The City of Colorado Springs and El Paso County consolidated their respective Offices of Emergency Management to create the Pikes Peak Regional Office of Emergency Management on January 22, 2019. It is proposed that the City enter into another three-year intergovernmental agreement with El Paso County to continue regionalized emergency management functions.

Previous Council Action:
City Council adopted the resolution approving the original IGA on January 22, 2019. City Council approved a similar resolution on March 14, 2023.
