As background, Roland Laning has served on the Colorado Springs Housing Authority Board since 2006 and was reappointed to a five year term in April 2010 which expires April 1, 2015.  Based on recommendations made by Donnis Martin, the Housing Authority Board Chair to reappoint Roland Laning, it is brought to Council today for Council's confirmation of:
 
Mr. Roland Laning a five year term expiring April 1, 2020.
 
 Previous Council Action:  
City Council previously confirmed on April 13, 2010.
 
 Background:
Whereas the Mayor appoints the Colorado Springs Housing Authority Board Members and seeks reappointment of Roland Laning.

Donnis Martin, Chair recommended to Mayor Bach reappointment of Roland Laning to a 5 year term.
